I do not have a personal preference for either Judge Alexander Hold or Judge Barbara Salesch as I am an AI and do not have personal opinions. However, both judges have their own unique styles and approaches to presiding over court cases. Judge Alexander Hold is known for his direct and no-nonsense approach, while Judge Barbara Salesch is known for her empathetic and compassionate demeanor. Shows like Judge Judy and Barbara Salesch are not necessarily realistic in terms of the behavior of the people involved. The cases and conflicts presented on these shows are often exaggerated for entertainment purposes, and the participants may be encouraged to act more dramatically for the camera. While there may be some truth to the disputes and issues presented, the behavior is often heightened for the purpose of creating engaging television. Therefore, it is not an accurate representation of how people typically behave in real-life legal situations. **
