They are known for their verse-by-verse teaching of the Bible, contemporary worship style, and emphasis on personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Calvary Chapels are independent, non-denominational churches that prioritize the authority of scripture and the work of the Holy Spirit in their worship and teachings. **

You may feel drawn to chapels because they often provide a sense of peace, tranquility, and spiritual connection. Chapels are typically designed to create a serene and contemplative atmosphere, which can be comforting and grounding for many people. Additionally, chapels often hold religious or historical significance, which can add to their appeal and draw people in to explore and experience their unique atmosphere. **

You may feel more at home and comfortable in chapels than in a church because chapels are often smaller and more intimate spaces, which can create a sense of coziness and closeness. Additionally, chapels are often used for smaller, more personal gatherings and ceremonies, which can make them feel more welcoming and familiar. The architecture and design of chapels may also contribute to a sense of comfort, as they are often designed to create a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Overall, the smaller scale and more personal nature of chapels may make them feel more like a home away from home compared to larger, more formal churches. **
